The identification of a problem is an admirable action. We need to know that problems exist in order to prevent or resolve them. In fact, in many workplaces, we go as far as identifying near misses - problems that haven't even happened yet. However, the identification of a problem is only part of the action required of a professional. In your early career you may have been rewarded for finding problems and be expecting that to continue. It won't - you need to become a problem solver.
