Searching podcasts for topics downloaded to iTunes is more difficult where there is inconsistency in title names.
1. I have been listening to all the back casts and when I need to re-listen to address a specific issue, I have difficulty in quickly scanning the names downloaded to iTunes. This is made more difficult where there is a split podcast and the title differs between the two parts.
2. Please standardise on identifying multiple part podcasts. I suggest "(part x of y)" . This will help my brain ignore the bracketed words and focus on the real title. It will also help identify how many parts the podcast is broken into (especially when the podcasts are not broadcast on contiguous weeks).
Notwithstanding these suggestions, the content is terrific. I attended university as a mature-age student and got a lot of benefit implementing the theory in my workplace. Twenty years on, I have the same feeling, so thanks for the advice!

Consider Premium Content
Consider stepping up and subscribing to premium content. Two significant benefits include:
- Complete show notes (i.e. transcripts)
- PDF Powerpoint decks
Further, when you use a desktop indexing tool you can search transcripts by keyword and locate the content you desire immediately. Very powerful.
