I am applying for grad school, and I need to provide a copy of my resume.  Should I do a cover letter for this scenario?

Thanks, Justin

Justin,
I would not include a cover letter.  The purpose of the cover letter is to get the resume read.  Since it is a grad school applicaiton, they will have to read it.  This is assuming that their are other places in the application where you can sell your self, such as an essay, etc.

I have found that using the M&M resume approach it is very important to include the cover letter to set the overview of what I do and what I am seeking. Otherwise, I have too many points and lose the higher vision.
