A Spaniard in Texas

Hi everybody! Thanks M&M for all your great podcasts and website. My commute is 35 minutes each way and I always have my MP3 plugged in to listen to your insights....and also to my favorite Catalan/Spanish radio shows! I have worked with the same company in the pharmaceutical industry for 10 years, 6 years on one side of the pond and 4 here in Texas, where I am a global marketing manager. Back in Spain we already used DISC, which has helped me tremendously in my career. I am grateful that you have these tools available, which in my opinion are truly valuable and applicable worldwide.
