Everyone,
Long time listener, first time poster.
This week I had a new person in the company join our team part-time. His name for this post will be "Joey"
Joey is brilliant and fits our team really well. He currently works in customer service and we are in internet marketing.
He will be devoting 2-4 hours each day to our team but will report to his current boss.
How do I handle One-On-Ones and Feedback?
I am involving him in our daily 5 minute stand-up and bi-weekly strategy/project meetings, but I don't know about the O3s and feedback.
Any thoughts?

Project Manager O3's
There is a cast on Project Manager O3's that seems most relevant to your situation.

There's a podcast for that
As Jennifer mentioned, there's a podcast(s) for that ...

In brief, yes O3's work but they are more focused on the project. The delivery of the feedback is slightly different as well, since you don't have the same (manager / direct) relationship. I've found both to be extremely valuable.

Jennifer and Sam, Thank you
Jennifer and Sam,
Thank you VERY much. I have listened to about 100 of the podcasts, so I have a long way to go.
I will make the next three I listen to the ones that Sam suggests.
Are there any others that anyone might suggest?
Thanks!
